Creamy Crunchy Green Beans

AmountIngredient
1 1/2 poundsfresh green beans, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces
4 ouncescream cheese
1egg
2 tablespoonsmilk
Dashsalt
Dashtabasco
1 1/2 cupscornflakes
1/2 cupJack cheese, grated

Preparation Instructions:

1. Boil or steam green beans until tender crisp, about 4 minutes. Rinse under cold water to stop cooking process. Set aside.
2. In a food processor or blender, mix together cream cheese, egg, milk, salt, and tabasco.
3. Crush cornflakes. Mix into cream cheese mixture along with Jack cheese.
4. Place green beans in the bottom of a medium souffle or casserole dish.
5. Pour cream cheese mixture over. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until browned and heated through.
6. Serve with baked chicken or fish.
