Hot Mocha Nightcap Amount Ingredient 1 1/2 pints milk 4 tablespoons drinking chocolate 1 tablespoon instant coffee 2 small squares milk chocolate

Preparation Instructions:

Pour the milk into a saucepan, stir in the drinking chocolate and instant coffee and heat gently to dissolve them both, then bring almost to the boil. Pour into 4 cups or mugs and quickly grate a little of the chocolate on top of each one. Serve at once.
