Creamy Italiano Chicken and Rotini

AmountIngredient
2 cupsrotini pasta (or other bite-size pasta)
1 tablespoonvegetable oil
4boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips (1 pound)
1medium onion, chopped
10 ounce canCampbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cupmilk
3 cupsfrozen vegetable mixture (Mediterranean style)
1 teaspoondried oregano
 Ground black pepper
2 cupsKraft 4 cheese Italiano shredded cheese

Preparation Instructions:

Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain

Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute chicken and onion about 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

Stir in soup, milk, vegetables, oregano and pepper to taste; bring to boil. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes or until vegetable are tender.

Stir in drained rotini and cheese. Sprinkle with additional shredded cheese, if desired. Serves 4.
