Beef Supper Salad

AmountIngredient
1/3 cupmayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cupchili sauce
1 tablespoonsweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoonsalt
8 ounce canred kidney beans
2 cupscubed cooked beef
1 cupsliced celery
1/2 cupchopped onion
2hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Preparation Instructions:

Blend together mayonnaise, chili sauce, sweet pickle relish, salt, and dash pepper. Drain kidney beans; combine beans, beef, celery, onion, and eggs. Add dressing mixture; toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Stir salad before serving. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
