Eggs In A Frame Amount Ingredient Per Serving:   1 slice bread 1 tablespoon + extra soft butter 1 egg

Preparation Instructions:

For each serving, cut out center of bread with biscuit cutter or knife. Spread both sides of bread with butter.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet over medium heat.

Brown bread slice in skillet over medium-high heat. Turn bread over.

Break egg into a measuring cup or saucer.

Carefully slip the egg into the hole in the bread slice. Lower heat; cover skillet and cook until egg white is set. Sprinkle egg with salt. Remove from pan with large spatula or pancake turner.

If you like, spread both sides of the "holes" from the bread with butter and cook in the skillet with the Eggs in a Frame until crusty and golden.
