Plum Sauced Pork and Vegetables

AmountIngredient
1 tablespoonvegetable oil
1 poundlean pork loin, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1 clovegarlic, minced
1/2 cupcoarsely chopped red onion
1medium red or green pepper, cut in thin strips
2 cupsbroccoli florets
1 cupjulienne cut carrots
1/2 cupWong Wing plum sauce
1/2 cupL'Ambiance white wine
2 teaspoonscornstarch
1/4 teaspooncrushed red pepper

Preparation Instructions:

In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown pork with garlic and onion 3 minutes. Add peppers, broccoli and carrots; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 - 8 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.

Combine plum sauce, wine, cornstarch and crushed red pepper. Add to skillet and bring to boil. Season with salt to taste. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired. Serves 4.
