AmountIngredient
1 packagequick rise yeast
1 1/2 cupswarm water
1 teaspoonsugar
3 cupsFive Roses bread flour (unbleached or whole wheat)
1 teaspoonsalt
1 tablespoonbutter, softened
3 tablespoonsolive oil
1/2 cuproasted peppers, sliced
1 tablespoonfresh rosemary, chopped
 Sea salt, to taste
 Pepper, to taste

Preparation Instructions:

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and sugar. Leave until frothy, about 5 minutes. Combine flour and salt. Add yeast liquid to flour with remaining 1 cup warm water and butter, mixing to combine. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead at least 5 minutes, adding additional flour if necessary, until dough is smooth and shiny. Return to bowl and cover with a cloth. Set aside at room temperature until dough doubles in bulk, about 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Once dough has risen, punch down and knead briefly on a floured surface. Roll into a round about 14"; transfer to a lightly oiled pizza pan or baking sheet. Prick surface with fork, and brush with oil. Sprinkle with roasted peppers, rosemary, salt and pepper. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
