Raspberry Chicken

AmountIngredient
4skinless boneless chicken breasts
Marinade: 
8 ounces (250 ml)raspberry cocktail in Tetra Pak packaging
1/4 cupraspberry vinegar
2 tablespoonsfresh rosemary
1 tablespoonolive oil

Preparation Instructions:

1. Pour all marinade ingredients into a resealable plastic bag.
2. Add chicken. Seal Bag. Shake. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
3. Heat barbecue.
4. Remove chicken from bag. Remove liquid.
5. Grill chicken slowly until cooked.
6. Meanwhile - pour marinade liquid into a saucepan.
7. Bring to boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes.
8. Pour reduced sauce over cooked chicken.
