Peach French Toast Amount Ingredient 8 slices egg bread 6 ounces (200 ml) peach juice in Tetra Pak packaging 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon butter

Preparation Instructions:

1. In a bowl beat together the eggs and the juice. (Do not worry if the mixture looks curdled.)

2. Heat a large teflon frying pan.

3. Melt the butter in the pan.

4. Dip the bread into the egg/juice mixture.

5. Fry in the pan until golden brown. Flip over and brown on the other side.

6. Serve with warmed Apricot Conserve.
