Rum Ribs

Preparation Instructions:Cut ribs into pieces. Line roasting pan with double thickness of foil. Seal ribs tightly in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Unwrap and pour off fat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour 1/2 over ribs. Return to oven 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender, turning ribs occasionally and basting with remaining sauce. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
This recipe can also be made using beef ribs.
