Upside-Down Supper

AmountIngredient
1 1/2 cupscubed cooked ham
1 cupcooked lima beans
8 ounce cancream-style corn
1 cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
2 tablespoonsminced onion
1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
2/3 cupBisquick baking mix
1/3 cupcornmeal
1egg
1/4 cupmilk

Preparation Tips:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ham, beans, corn, cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover; bake 15 minutes.

Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over hot meat mixture, spreading batter evenly to edge of casserole. Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Cut into wedges; invert each onto plate. 4 servings.
