Chilly Chocolate Cappuccino Pie

AmountIngredient
Crust: 
1 cupfinely chopped nuts
3/4 cupicing sugar
1/4 cupcocoa
1/4 cupbutter, melted
Filling: 
1 quartBreyers All Natural Cappuccino Duet Ice Cream
1/2 cupchocolate sundae sauce
1/4 cupchocolate covered coffee beans, chopped or whole or chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation Instructions:

Combine all ingredients for crust. Press firmly in 9 inch pie plate. Chill until firm. Scoop half of ice cream into crust. Drizzle with half of the sauce. Repeat with remaining ice cream and sauce. Sprinkle with coffee beans or nuts, if desired. Freeze. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving for easy slicing. Makes one 9 inch pie.

Tip: For chocolate lovers, use almonds and Breyers Chocolate Chunk Almond Ice Cream.
