Iced Chai

AmountIngredient
6teabags
3 cupswater
3 cupsmilk
2 (5 cm)cinnamon sticks
6cloves
6cardamom pods
2allspice berries
2 (2cm)peeled quarter-size pieces fresh ginger

Preparation Instructions:

Add spices to water, bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add tea bags. Steep tea 10 minutes. Strain, add milk, sweeten to taste and refrigerate till cold. Enjoy over ice!

Note: Iced tea needs more sugar than hot tea.
