Pasta Twists with Fresh Tomatoes, Basil, and Garlic

Preparation Instructions:In a medium-size bowl, mix all of the ingredients except the pasta. Cover and let sit at room temperature for at least 2 and up to 6 hours.
Cook the pastap according to package directions until al dente. Drain, toss with the sauce, and serve immediately. Serve as a first course, or present it as the main course, followed by cheese and a green salad. Makes 4 servings as an entree, 6 as a first course.
