Creamy Basil Mushrooms

Preparation Tips:In large skillet, melt margarine.
Add mushrooms and peppers.
Saute over meduim heat 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are soft, stirring occasionally.
Remove mushrooms and peppers; keep warm.
Add cream, wine, salt and basil to skillet.
Simmer over low heat 5 to 7 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly, stirring frequently.
Add mushrooms and peppers; cook until thoroughly heated.
6 servings.
