Egg Noodles With Swedish Meatballs

Preparation Instructions:Mix together beef, egg, bread crumbs, salt, nutmeg, pepper, and onion in a mixing bowl; shape into 16 meatballs. In large skillet, brown meatballs in oil on all sides. Drain off excess fat. Cover and cook about 5 minutes. Blend soup, sour cream and milk. Pour over meatballs. Cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes until heated through. Meanwhile, cook noodles in large amount of boiling, salted water according to package directions, stirring occasionally. Drain well and serve with meatballs. Makes 4 servings.
