Ladonna's Pecan Pie Tarts

AmountIngredient
16tart shells
3eggs
2 tablespoonsmelted butter (must be real butter)
1 cupbrown sugar (packed)
1 cupcorn syrup
Pinchsalt
1 teaspoonvanilla
1 1/2 cupschopped pecans

Preparation Instructions:

Put tart shells on cookie sheet.

In tart shells, cover bottom with chopped pecans.

In Mixer:

Mix eggs until thick.

Add melted butter and brown sugar, beat again.

Add salt, vanilla and corn syrup.

Mix well.

Pour over pecans.

Put in preheated 325 oven.

Bake for 30 minutes.
