Tupper Muffin

Amount	Ingredient
1	English muffin
1	egg
1 slice	your choice of bacon, canadian ham, etc. (optional)
1 slice	processed cheese
	Salt
	Pepper

Preparation Instructions:

Place half of English muffin in Tupperware Crystalwave soup mug (buttering is optional). Break egg on top and puncture yolk. Salt and pepper to taste. Place meat and cheese on top and cover with other half of muffin. Seal with lid, but make sure vent is open. Microwave about 1 minute 30 seconds or more, depending on your microwave. Let sit in mug another minute, then serve.
