The Worldly Lea & Perrins Burger Amount Ingredient 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1 cup soft bread crumbs 2 pounds lean ground beef 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 egg 1/4 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce

Preparation Instructions:

Combine ingredients and shape into patties. Barbecue or broil as desired. For a zestier burger, baste with Lea & Perrins while cooking. Makes 8 burgers.
