Chunky Rhubarb Applesauce

Preparation Instructions:In saucepan over medium heat, combine apples and 1 tablespoon water; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Stir in rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, and orange rind and juice; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, for 10 minutes or until fruit is softened. Serve warm or cool.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
