Italian Beef and Macaroni Casserole

AmountIngredient
1 1/2 cupsmacaroni (uncooked)
2 cupsfrozen mixed vegetables
1 poundground beef
14 ounce canstewed tomatoes
10 ounce canCampbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1 teaspoondried basil
1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation Instructions:

Cook macaroni and vegetables according to package directions for each. Drain. Meanwhile, brown beef in skillet. Spoon off fat. Stir in tomatoes, soup and basil. Heat through. Stir in macaroni and vegetables. Spoon into greased 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.

Makes 6 servings.
