Chive-Cheese Butter

AmountIngredient
1/3 cuplightly packed chives, cut into 1 inch lengths
1 ounceparmesan cheese, cubed (1/4 grated)
1/2 cupbutter, cut up

Preparation Instructions:

Place steel blade in work bowl; add chives. With machine running, add parmesan through feed tube; process till chives and parmesan are very finely chopped. Add butter; process till mixture is smooth and fluffy. Serve with asparagus, green beans, or corn. Makes 3/4 cup.
