Tuna-Biscuit Casseroles

Preparation Tips:Cook onion in margarine till tender. Stir in flour, bouillon granules, thyme, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Add milk. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Stir in tuna, vegetables, and parsley. Cook and stir till heated through. Immediately pour into six 10-ounce casseroles. Quarter biscuits; place four pieces atop hot filling in each casserole. Bake in a 400 degree oven 10 to 12 minutes or till biscuits are lightly browned. Serves 6.
