Tuna-Biscuit Casseroles

AmountIngredient
1/2 cupchopped onion
1/4 cupmargarine or butter
1/2 cupall-purpose flour
2 teaspoonsinstant chicken bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoondried thyme, crushed
2 1/2 cupsmilk
2 6 1/2-oz canstuna, drained and broken into chunks
1 cupcooked mixed vegetables
3 tablespoonssnipped parsley
1 package (6)refrigerated biscuits

Preparation Tips:

Cook onion in margarine till tender. Stir in flour, bouillon granules, thyme, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Add milk. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Stir in tuna, vegetables, and parsley. Cook and stir till heated through. Immediately pour into six 10-ounce casseroles. Quarter biscuits; place four pieces atop hot filling in each casserole. Bake in a 400 degree oven 10 to 12 minutes or till biscuits are lightly browned. Serves 6.
