Walnut Peach Pie

Preparation Instructions:In bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in walnuts and raisins. Spread in pie crust.Drain peach slices well between layers of paper towels; arrange on pie, slightly overlapping edges.
Bake at 350 degrees 55 - 65 minutes or until browned and set in center. Cool.
Melt jelly in small saucepan or microwave oven. Brush over peaches. Serves 8.
Tip: Instead of shortbread crust, substitute Keebler Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust.
