Walnut Peach Pie

Walnut Peach Pie

AmountIngredient
1/2 cupbutter, softened
1/2 cupsugar
1egg
1 teaspoonvanilla
1 cupTrophy finely ground walnuts
1/3 cupraisins
1Keebler Ready Crust shortbread pie crust
2 cupsfresh or canned peach slices
1/3 cupapple jelly or peach jam

Preparation Instructions:

In bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in walnuts and raisins. Spread in pie crust.

Drain peach slices well between layers of paper towels; arrange on pie, slightly overlapping edges.

Bake at 350 degrees 55 - 65 minutes or until browned and set in center. Cool.

Melt jelly in small saucepan or microwave oven. Brush over peaches. Serves 8.

Tip: Instead of shortbread crust, substitute Keebler Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust.
