Southwestern Chicken & Corn Dinner

AmountIngredient
1Reynolds Hot Bags foil bag, large size
1 tablespoonall purpose flour
6skinless bone-in chicken breasts or legs
1 teaspoonchili powder
1 teaspoonground cumin
1 teaspoongarlic salt
1/2 teaspoondried oregano
1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
3 earscorn on the cob, cut in 2 inch pieces
1red pepper
1green pepper
1medium onion, cut in eight wedges

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat barbecue grill to medium-high. Open foil bag. Sprinkle flour inside. Combine seasonings; sprinkle half over chicken, turning to coat evenly. Arrange chicken and vegetables in foil bag in an even layer. Sprinkle remaining seasoning over vegetables.

To close, seal foil bag with double fold. Place foil bag in 1 inch deep pan.

To cook, slide foil bag onto grill. Grill 25 - 30 minutes in covered grill. Use oven mitts to slide bag onto pan, cut open foil bag with scissors. Carefully fold back top of foil bag, allowing steam to escape. Serves 6.

Tip: Instead of seasonings, use 4 teaspoons Tex Mex seasoning blend, if available.
