Glazed Pork Chops Dijonnaise

Preparation Instructions:In small bowl combine mustard, jam, green onions and soy sauce; set aside. In large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat; brown pork chops about 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Set aside and keep warm. Drain fat from skillet. Pour mustard mixture into skillet; cook and stir over low heat until slightly thickened. Return pork chops to skillet; turning to coat. Heat through. Makes 4 servings.
Quick Tip: This sauce is also excellent on chicken. Substitute pork with boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
