Greek Salad

AmountIngredient
1/2 of 1English cucumber
1sweet green pepper
1/2 of 1onion
2tomatoes
1 tablespoonred wine vinegar
1 tablespoonolive oil
1/4 teaspoonpepper
Pinchsalt
2 ouncesfeta cheese, sliced
12Kalamata olives
1/4 teaspoondried oregano

Preparation Instructions:

Thinly slice cucumber. Cut green pepper and onion into thin rings. Cut tomatoes into wedges. Arrange on platter.

Sprinkle vegetables with red wine vinegar, olive oil, pepper, and salt. Scatter feta cheese and Kalamata olives over top; sprinkle with dried oregano. Makes 4 servings.
