Round Steak 'N Ravioli Amount Ingredient 3 tablespoons flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 pounds beef round steak, 1 1/2 inches thick 1 tablespoon shortening 15 1/2 ounce can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms 3 medium zucchini (about 3/4 pound) 16 ounce can tiny whole onions, drained 15 1/2 ounce can cheese ravioli in sauce

Preparation Instructions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour and seasonings. Coat meat with flour mixture; reserve remaining mixture. Melt shortening in skillet; brown meat. Place in ungreased baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches.

Pour spaghetti sauce into skillet; stir in reserved flour mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Pour over meat; cover with aluminum foil. Bake 45 minutes.

Cut each zucchini lenthwise in half. Place zucchini and onion in sauce around meat. Spoon ravioli over meat. Cover; bake 45 minutes longer or until meat is tender. 6 servings.
