Chicken Stir-Fry

Preparation Instructions:In skillet, in 2 tablespoons hot oil, stir-fry chicken until no longer pink. Remove; set aside.
In 1 tablespoon oil, stir-fry vegetables and garlic until tender-crisp.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to skillet with chicken. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring often. Serve over hot cooked rice.
Makes 4 servings.
