Egg 'n' Waffle

Preparation Instructions:Microwave Egg Cooker Method:
Sprinkle a few grains of salt in bottom of egg cooker. Break one egg into the cooker. With fork, pierce yolk and white to bottom of egg cooker, three times. Line up notches on egg cooker lid and cup then twist until locked. Microwave on High for 30 seconds. Let stand 10 seconds before opening. If bottom of egg is not cooked to desired doneness, turn egg over with a spoon and microwave on High for another 10 to 20 seconds or until cooked as desired. With spoon, remove egg from egg cooker onto toasted waffle. Repeat procedure for second egg.Stovetop Method:
In a shallow saucepan, bring 3 inches of water to a boil. Reduce to a gentle simmer. Break cold egg into a small dish and gently slip egg into water. Repeat procedure for second egg. Cook in barely simmering water for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove eggs with a slotted spoon and drain well. Place onto toasted waffle.Makes 1 serving.
Tip: Perk up your egg by adding 1 teaspoon shredded Cheddar cheese to pierced egg in egg cooker before microwaving. Cooking time may vary slightly.
