Ginger Beef Casserole

Preparation Tips:Marinate beef with 1 teaspoon Wonder Powder, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine and drops of sesame oil.
Heat wok, brown green onions, garlic, onion, and ginger.
Add beef and saute until meat changes color.
Add sauce and bring to a boil.
Transfer to a heat-proof casserole.
Heat casserole until sauce comes to a boil.
Serve from the casserole while sauce is still bubbling.
