Preparation Instructions:Peel the avocados using a stainless steel knife and remove the stones. Mash the flesh to a smooth puree and stir in the lemon juice. Peel and finely chop the clove of garlic and the onion and stir them into the avocado puree with the chili and salt to taste. Put into a serving dish and sprinkle with paprika. Serve as a dip for raw vegetables at a party or as a starter with hot toast fingers for a dinner.
