Oriental Sausage Noodle Soup

AmountIngredient
1 poundhoney-garlic,breakfast or your favorite sausage, chopped
2 clovesgarlic, minced
1/2 teaspoondried ginger
3 cupschicken stock
2 teaspoonssoy sauce
1 cupbroccoli florets
1 cupcauliflower florets
1 cupsnow peas
1 cupchopped yellow peppers
2green onions, chopped
10 ounce canbaby corn cobs, drained, chopped
1 packageRamen oriental-style chicken flavored noodles
 Toasted sesame seeds

Preparation Instructions:

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage, garlic and ginger, stirring constantly until sausage, is browned, about 10 minutes. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, bring stock to a boil, add broccoli, cauliflower, snow peas, yellow peppers and green onions. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp. Stir in sausage, corn and noodles; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Before serving sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top. Makes 4 servings.
