Roast Turkey Amount Ingredient 1 turkey, 5 kg (11 pounds) 125 ml (1/2 cup) chicken stock 50 ml (1/4 cup) melted butter

Preparation Tips:

Mix the chicken stock and the butter together to make a glaze.
Prepare the turkey and brush it with the glaze; season to taste.
Put the turkey in a cooking bag and place in a microwave-safe dish.
Cook at 70% for about 29 min/kg (13min/lb), turning the turkey over once, 2/3 of the way through the cooking time.
Allow to stand for 20 minutes before serving.
