Lemon Dill Pasta Salad

AmountIngredient
Dressing: 
1/2 cupmayonnaise
1/2 cupyogurt or light sour cream
2 tablespoonscider vinegar
2 tablespoonschopped fresh dill weed or 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
2 teaspoonsfinely grated lemon rind
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoonsugar
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonpepper
Salad: 
3 cupsCatelli Shapes Wagon Wheels or penne rigate
2 cans (12 ounces each)Green Giant Niblets whole kernel corn, drained
2 cupsbroccoli florets, (cooked tender crisp, if desired)
1 cupsliced carrots
1 cupdiced cucumber
4green onions, sliced on a diagonal

Preparation Instructions:

Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool; drain well. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well and set aside. In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, corn, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, green onion and salad dressing; toss gently to combine. Cover; refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
