Mexican Chicken Legs

AmountIngredient
8 ounce cantomato sauce
1 tablespoonparsley flakes
1 tablespoonsugar
1 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspoonchili powder
1/8 teaspoonpepper
1/8 teaspoonred pepper sauce
6chicken legs (drumsticks plus thighs)

Preparation Instructions:

Mix all ingredients except chicken legs. Place chicken bone side down on grill about 4 inches from hot coals. Cook about 40 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with tomato mixture. 4 servings.
