Fish Sticks with Cucumber Sauce

Preparation Instructions:Cook fish sticks as directed on package. Cut unpared cucumber into 1 inch pieces. Chop in blender; drain thoroughly. Stir cucumber and seasonings into yogurt. Serve sauce with fish sticks. 6 servings.
Fish Sticks with Cocktail Sauce: Substitute mixture of 1/2 cup catsup, 2 to 3 teaspoons horseradish and 2 tablespoons lemon juice for the cucumber sauce.
