Pork Chow Mein

AmountIngredient
1 cupminced cooked pork
1/2small chopped onion
1minced celery stalk
1/2 cupshredded cabbage
1/2 cupbean sprouts
1 cupchow mein noodles
2 tablespoonssoya sauce
1/2 cupchicken stock made with dissolved Oxo cube or 1 tablespoon chicken base
1 tablespoonoil or bacon grease

Preparation Instructions:

Stir fry the vegetables. Add soya sauce, pork meat, chicken stock and chow mein noodles. Serves 4.
