Grilled Herb Sirloin Steak

AmountIngredient
2 tablespoonsherbes de Provence
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonDijon mustard
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspoonpepper
2 poundstop sirloin grilling steak, 1 1/2 inches thick

Preparation Instructions:

Combine herbes de Provence, oil, mustard, salt and pepper; rub all over steak. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, turning once, for 20 minutes for rare or until desired doneness.

Transfer to cutting board; tent with foil and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing thinly. Let half cool; wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 day. Makes 4 servings.
