Sugary Shamrocks

Preparation Instructions:1. Knead together marshmallows with icing sugar until a stiff dough forms with just a touch of stickiness.
2. Roll between 2 icing sugar-dusted sheets of waxed peper to the thickness of a loonie (Canadian $1 coin).
3. Cut out desired shapes with mini-cutters.
