    Crust:

  1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  1 tablespoon sugar

  1 tablespoon butter

  Filling:

  3 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese

  1 cup sugar

  1 cup sour cream

  1 teaspoon vanilla

  1 mix of pumpkin pie spice

  1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

  1/4 teaspoon cloves

  1/2 teaspoon ginger

  6 eggs

  1 cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
