  1 small can (160 ml or 2/3 cup) Carnation evaporated milk

  1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1/3 cup icing sugar

  1/4 cup butter or margarine

  4 cups (1 litre) vanilla ice cream

  1 cup Skippy Super Chunk Roasted Honey Nut Peanut Butter
