"From Sandi's Recipe File"

Cincinnati (Greek) Chili

    48 ounce can tomato juice or 2 cans tomato sauce

  1 can tomato paste (optional)

  2 pounds hamburger

  1 to 2 cups red or black beans, cooked and drained (optional)

  6 tablespoons chili powder

  6 tablespoons garlic powder or garlic salt

  4 tablespoons cumin

  4 tablespoons cinnamon

  4 tablespoons soy sauce

  1 teaspoon salt

  1 onion, peeled and chopped (optional)

  4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  2 boxes spaghetti

  Colby or cheddar cheese, grated (optional) ~ the more the better as far as my family is concerned. Heap it on!
