Print Out Shopping List

    2 cups fruit juice (banana/strawberry/pineapple or tropical mix)

  2 cups frozen fruit (strawberries, melons, peaches, berries, or a mixture)

  1/2 can frozen juice concentrate (berry mix or tropical mix)

  1 cup peach yogurt (or other flavor)

  1 - 2 cups ice

  1 fresh banana
