Tuna Ring with Cheese Sauce

  1/2 cup onion

  1 1/2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)

  1/2 cup fresh parsley

  1 teaspoon celery salt

  1/2 teaspoon pepper

  2 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix

  1/4 cup butter or margarine

  1/4 teaspoon salt
