Apricot-Apple Tarts
Print Out Shopping List

    6 sheets frozen phyllo dough

  1/4 cup margarine or butter

  6 ounce package dried apricots

  1/2 cup light raisins

  1/2 cup sugar

  1/2 cup brandy

  1 tablespoon lemon juice

  2 medium apples

  1 tablespoon cornstarch

  Vanilla ice cream
