Banquet Pork Chops

    48 pork loin or rib chops, 1 inch thickp>   1 quart water

  2 cups celery

  1 cup onion

  1 cup butter or margarine

  4 packages (7ounces each) herb-seasoned stuffing

  4 cans (16 ounces each) cream-style corn

  6 green peppers
