Grilled Cornish Game Hens

    2 cornish game hens, about 1 1/2 pounds each

  1/4 cup olive oil

  1/4 cup dry vermouth

  1 teaspoon salt

  1 tablespoon balsamic, herb or white wine vinegar

  3 to 4 dashes hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)

  2 teaspoons dried rosemary

  4 large cloves garlic
