    2 pounds fresh or frozen salmon and /or halibut steaks, 1 inch thick

  Salad oil

  1/2 cup sour cream

  3/4 cup mayonnaise

  1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed

  1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

  1 tablespoon dill pickle

  1 1/2 teaspoons parsley

  1 teaspoon pimiento

  1/2 teaspoon onion

  1/2 cup butter or margarine

  2 1/2 teaspoons lemon peel

  1/4 cup lemon juice
