1 1/2 pounds lean ground lamb 1 cup onion 2 cloves garlic 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans no-salt-added whole tomatoes 1 cup Burgundy or other dry red wine 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 1/2 teaspoons dried whole oregano 1 teaspoon sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 3 (15 ounce) cans black beans 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce Fresh cilantro sprigs (optional)
